Need eyes on your latest story before you send it off to query? Let me help. I provide a full read and detailed notes to give you an idea of what’s really stellar and what might not be working the way you want.
I will give short notes on each chapter and provide a summary document about the whole manuscript. I will not edit pages based on grammar, spelling, or punctuation. Any notes I give are reactions + suggestions and are not prescriptive to your story.
I’m most comfortable working with the following genres: Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance, and Mystery (Cozy and Whodunnit rather than Thriller or Police), and I am happy to read MG, YA, NA, and Adult. I can provide notes based on a queer-ace identity, a woman of color identity, and an Asian/Filipino diaspora identity.
